The ST-38 Swiss-type machine is part of the company’s 2010 series and features the most current multiturret technology that facilitates a larger capacity for machining components (up to 38mm). The machine’s triple-turret design was specifically created to capitalize on simultaneous capabilities in an effort to reduce overall machining time – a significant benefit realized by the medical, aviation and automotive industries. With deep-hole drilling on front and rear ends of component parts, this machine offers high speed and universal control and is equipped with the company’s motion control feature. The flexible tool post design also allows for additional tools to be incorporated to both increase functionality and to enhance overall machining.
IMTS 2012 will be the year’s largest showcase of new product technologies and new process innovations. If you’re looking for machining, tooling, systems, software, solutions and more, you’ll find it at IMTS 2012.
