The MultiCam 3000 series waterjet cutting system is designed to cut a variety of materials. The 90,000-psi waterjet is said to cut highly accurate parts with a quality finish and no heat affected edge. The waterjet includes high speed, digital AC servodrives; a variety of table sizes; and programming software designed for waterjet operations. An optional drill enables operators to pre-drill laminated material, and the abrasive feeder has software controls that deliver precise amounts of abrasive when cutting materials such as titanium, stainless steel and aluminum, the company says.
