Tecnara’s MST angle heads are available for 90-degree, 45-degree and invariable-angle applications. The angle heads are engineered with a through-the-body coolant system that cools the body and splashes the cutter simultaneously. They feature precisely machined cast iron housings, hardened spiral-bevel gears and precision angular-contact ball bearings. The heads can achieve as much as 6,000 rpm with 0.0002" TIR at the cavity.
Angle head models include: modular angle heads for short run jobs; fixed angle heads for heavy-duty cutting; Half angle heads for drilling, tapping and light duty milling; Half universal-angle heads; Half mini-angle heads; and flange angle heads.
