Keyence’s IM-7030T is the newest model in its series of Instant Measurement System series. The company describes this automated optical comparator as a fast and easy-to-use system that enables accurate measurement of parts with the push of a button. This model has six times the measurement volume of previous models and includes an automated drop indicator. The unit can identify as many as 99 dimensions in seconds and check as many as 99 parts at once. It enables users to check larger and taller parts than previous models.
All systems include automated reporting that provides real-time information about manufacturing processes so that they can be adjusted in time to producing parts to specification.
