The Erowa Robot Dynamic (ERD) for automated EDM is designed can be adapted and extended time and again.  It can serve a single machine or be expanded to serve as many as eight machines. Options include a swivel arm, enabling dumping of coolant and horizontal loading. Implementation of Erowa Manufacturing Control software (EMC) provides the operator with control and monitoring of the entire production cell, simplifying job scheduling changes.
