The WorkPlan Enterprise ERP system is designed to offer companies a comprehensive system for streamlining and automating all aspects of their business including quotations, sales order processing, scheduling, quality, time, purchasing and stock management. Tools within the software enable users to analyze CAD and CAM data that, when combined with historical data, result in fast, accurate quotations, the company says.  The system will also enable managers to monitor key performance indicators and make decisions based on facts to optimize productivity.

The company also offers its WorkXPlore 3D software, which is engineered to quickly import and handle even large, complex 3D CAD models and enable users to interrogate, view, mark up, analyze and share CAD data around an organization. According to the company, the software will help companies optimize their design and manufacturing processes and bring products to market more quickly.

Also available is the latest version of the company’s automatic CAM/CAD software, WorkNC G3, which features an integrated and ergonomic interface that combines design, analysis, programming and verification into one environment. Algorithms within the software produce smooth transitions between cuts, as well as trochoidal movements where appropriate to achieve steady tool loads and a high quality surface finish, the company says. The five-axis machining feature, Auto 5, automatically translates three-axis tool paths into five-axis tool paths, allowing more of the part to be reached in one setting.
