Cecor’s CE-30 Extra-Power twin-tank sump cleaner and dispenser features two 60-gallon tanks on a single chassis, one for cleaning and one for dispensing. The sump cleaner tank sucks out the contents of a machine tool sump via the 3-hp electric motor that generates suction ranging to 13" Hg (177" water). A 2.3-ft.3 filter capable of holding as much as 350 lbs catches chips and swarf while the filtered coolant enters the tank. The coolant can then be pumped back into the sump for additional use or transported for batch recycling. Users can quickly top off the coolant sump with fresh coolant from the dispenser tank. Both tanks offer pump-in and pump-out capabilities, with pumping rate ranging to 60 gpm and pressure discharge of 6 psi. The system features automatic overfill protection, and all discharge ports are valved. According to the company, the unit is compact enough to move easily down aisles and through small spaces.
