The StarLite GX is a compact, non-contact measurement system featuring an ergonomic design, motorized zoom optics, color camera and XYZ capacity of 6" × 3" × 5". Designed for precision measurement, the system incorporates a cast aluminum base and column, precise coarse/fine manual stage positioning and linear scales with resolution of 1 micron. According to the company, its high-fidelity white ring light and backlight illuminators provide optimal image quality. The system is equipped with eGx metrology software.
