Junker’s all-round machine series features a high-precision B axis with automatic stepless positioning for versatility, while three high-performance spindles enable ID and OD grinding operations. The Lean Selection model provides a grinding length of 800 mm and a center height of 150 mm. It is designed for complete grinding of workpieces such as those used in prototype production, mold and tool making, pneumatic and hydraulic applications, precision mechanics, gear manufacturing and medical technology.
The universal cylindrical grinding machine can be equipped with corundum, CBN or diamond grinding wheels. It is suitable for small batch runs through large-scale series, and can be integrated with automation for use in production lines. The grinding machine is capable of machining different workpiece geometries, including cylindrical diameters, tapers and radii, shoulders using angular infeed grinding, OD and ID threads, and punches.
