Optical Gaging Products (OGP), a division of Quality Vision International (QVI), offers a full range of its SmartScope Flash dimensional measurement systems. The systems are suitable for applications requiring accurate, repeatable CNC measurement for industrial quality control.
The systems are available in a variety of X-, Y- and Z-axis measurement volumes ranging from 200 × 200 × 150 mm to 1,500 × 1,500 × 200 mm. The auto-calibrating Zoom 12 optical system provides quality imaging on a range of part geometries and surfaces. All SmartScope Flash models are multi-sensor capable with touch probes, micro-probes and laser sensors. Measure-X metrology software is standard, and MeasureMind3D multi-sensor metrology software for full 3D functionality is available as an option.
