DMG MORI to Host Innovation Days in Chicago
The event will showcase dozens of machine tools performing live demonstrations, including several U.S. and world premieres.
DMG MORI USA will host its annual Innovation Days May 7-10 at its Americas headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The company will display over 30 machine tools performing live demonstrations, including several premieres, on exhibition space totaling 42,000 square feet.
Among the technologies to be highlighted are:
- Celos digital manufacturing aimed to meet Industrial Internet of Things trends
- Automation products
- Aerospace and die/mold solutions
- Additive manufacturing
New technologies will include the Technology Cycle VCS Basic, providing simple volumetric compensation with the push of a button: automatic calibration of the machine’s geometry and kinematics. The company will showcase the third-generation NHX 4000 and the second-generation NHX 5500 for the first time internationally. The third-generation DMU 50, the second-generation NHX 6300 and the LaserTec 30 SLM will be unveiled for the first time in the United States.
The event will include seminars throughout each day.
