MC Machinery Systems’ MV1200-R advance features the M800 control, the latest addition to the MV Series.
The MV-R series features an automatic vertical front door, a four-axis linear shaft motor, and a one piece, four-sided hardened table. A fully integrated B axis can be added for “turn-and-burn” and indexing applications.
The M800 control uses a 19" cellphone-like touchscreen display with pinch, flick and tap operation capabilities. The advanced hand pendant includes a 3.5" touchscreen along with new software features that reduce machine setup time. Combined with linear shaft motors, intelligent auto-threading and the lowest wire consumption in the industry, the control is said to boost performance and increase business.
