Lovejoy offers a selection of “specials” designed for a variety of unique milling tool application requirements in sizes ranging from less than 1" to more than in 55" diameter. A variety of parts combined with CAD/CAM technology and manufacturing abilities enable the tools to be used in machining cast iron, super alloys, steels, stainless steels, aluminum and composites.

 

The company also features standard products including high-velocity tooling, PCD/CBN tooling, die and mold tooling, solid carbide end mills, special porting tools, and a full range of inserts for use in face mills, ballnose end mills, plunging tools, slab mills and slotters.
