The range of five-axis machining centers from the combined product line of these allied companies includes the Mori Seiki NMV1500 DCG for smaller workpieces (9.8" diameter workspace) and from DMG, the DMU 210 P DuoBlock for large gears or aircraft components weighing as much as 8 tons. Also on display is the DMC 125 FD DuoBlock, which is designed for five-axis simultaneous milling and turning in one setup. Other five-axis machines include the Ultrasonic 10 for creating dental prostheses, and the Lasertec 40 for laser processing of filigree cavities, engravings and surface structures.
Turn-mill models include the Mori Seiki NT1000 SZM, the most compact machine in this company’s NT series, and the CTX Gamma 2000 TC, which features a longer bed and spindles with higher torque than other models in this series of DMG machines.
