MP Systems offers the V2 general-purpose, compact, high-pressure coolant system and the S2 combined high-pressure coolant and chiller system. The coolant systems can accommodate two to 12 lines with a remote manifold block that also reduces hose clutter. According to the company, the clean, streamlined design includes on-board feed pumps that can be used for oil- and water-based coolant.
The V2 houses all of its internal components within a high-quality, sheet-metal frame designed to fit under a standard-height bar feeder, the company says. Premium casters ease relocation of the pump on the shop floor. A heat exchanger is available as an option.
The company will also display its RF8 reservoir high-pressure coolant system for CNC machine tools and its RT twin-pump model for large, twin-turret lathes.
