Everede Tool Company offers small boring products, and will highlight indexable tools from Nine9.
Nine9’s indexable engraving, spotting, center-drilling, boring systems and chamfer mills are designed to replace HSS and solid carbide spotting tools with indexable alternatives. Standard tools are available in angles ranging from 60 to 142 degrees. The engraving tools are said to replace ballnose end mill engraving and carbide split-point engraving tools with the precision of indexable carbide and the benefits of an insert. Available products include a spotting insert for high-performance tap-drill applications, back chamfer tools for tapped holes, a fine engraving insert and small indexable drills.
The company will also display ANSI-style bars and PCD drills from Intrepid Tool Industries (ITI).
