Five new models are available in the company’s rotary table series rotary plate models, ranging from the CNC802 with 31.50" (800 mm) face-plate capacity to the CNC2000 with 78.74" (2,000 mm) face-plate capacity. These rotary tables feature heavy-duty construction combining a quality casting material with a custom-ground carbide worm screw mechanism. This is said to provide a balanced environment for rigid machining. A large, dual-face contact bearing support damps machining vibrations and evenly distributes loads, which enables the rotary tables to offer a maximum load of 66,139 lbs.
The tables offer speeds ranging from 2.7 to 5.5 rpm and indexing accuracy of 15 arcseconds. They are designed to minimize setup and fixturing times for high-production aerospace, construction equipment and energy applications.
