Neodymium lifting magnets, the latest addition to the company’s family of industrial material handling magnets, are suited for handling steel plate, forgings, die castings and similar flat and round ferrous components in machine shops, warehouses and industrial processing plants. Lifting magnets eliminate the need for slings or clamping devices while enhancing an employee’s efficiency, the company says.

Four models are available in flat-piece lifting strengths of 220 lbs., 660 lbs., 1,300 lbs. and 2,200 lbs. The magnets feature an on/off release lever and safety lock to engage and disengage material. No electricity is required to power the magnets. The compact units are offered in sizes ranging in area from 3" × 5" to 6" × 13".
