The AG400L and AG600L CNC wire EDMs includes direct-drive linear motors with Heidenhain glass scales for accurate positioning feedback. These machines include a circuit to save on power consumption, a motion controller to provide simultaneous axis movement and an on-board Heart NC CAM system.
The company also offers the VZ300L and VZ500L wire machines with linear motor technology. This technology features a direct-drive, frictionless, vibration-free mechanism that enables acceleration and positioning accuracy. For small-parts production, the company’s AP250L fine wire EDM is said to provide instantaneous servo time to maximize cutting efficiency for tiny, intricate parts that require a micro wire diameters.
