Low-Profile Rotary Systems are engineered to support heavy loads and high-force cutting applications while offering a fast clamp-and-release feature to speed production, the company says. The GD210LP model has a removable face plate and an A2-5 spindle that will accept different kinds of spindle tooling, including manual chucks. The GD160LP features an extended A2-4 spindle with a standard slotted face plate. The extended spindle offers greater tool clearance. An optional collet closer accepts 5C collets, expanding collets and step chucks.

A built-in clamp handles off-center drilling, cross-axis milling and other high-force cutting applications. The hardened steel worm and gear offer long life while a double-eccentric design provides effective gear meshing. Wireless capability enables the tables to communicate with the control box without being tethered to it.
