Creative CNC’s Metaflux Gleitmetall is a high performance lubricant that contains titanium. This additive helps prevent seizing, wear and corrosion, as well as reduces vibration noise. It facilitates the changing of moving parts on CNC machines and high speed milling machines, and can be used with stainless steel. The lubricant is suited for use in the aerospace, turbo-machinery, renewable energy and medical industries.
Because this lubricant does not contain copper or nickel, there is no possibility of electrolyte formation, the company says. The lubricant is abrasion-resistant and non-flaking if exposed to heat or rinsing. It is temperature-resistant from -180° to +1,350°C, which enables this lubricant to be used for a variety of applications, especially in extreme conditions.
