According to the company, the blanks eliminate the need for in-house sawing, grinding, flattening, squaring operations and outside processing. Each blank arrives deburred and clean. The company guarantees that the blanks will be produced to customer specifications as close as ±0.0005" dimensionally and 0.0002" flatness, squareness and parallelism.
