Spring Technologies offers the latest version of its simulation software, NCSIMUL Machine and NCSIMUL Player 9.2. With the growing adoption of remote and mobile software accessibility, the software is offered with the What You See Is What You Cut (WYSIWYC) mobile system, making it compatible with such devices as the Panasonic Toughpad IP65. Shopfloor operators and managers can interact remotely with one or several CNC machines and their machining processes in 3D and in real time using touch controls. Three-dimensional animations of CNC machining processes as well as related work instruction sheets are directly accessible from the mobile application. According to the company, the software promotes higher productivity, fewer errors, smoother change-over between shifts and easier multi-machine supervision.
