The company will display its “One-Stop-Shop” approach to peripherals that enable machine tools to operate at peak performance by integrating a Quick Load Servo 80 S2 all-electric, short magazine bar feeder, a Turbo MH Series filtering chip conveyor, an oil mist collector, a steady rest work support system, and a Phasep waste oil removal system with a replica turning center.
LNS America will display its Quick Load Servo 80 S2 all-electric, short-magazine bar feeder. The bar feeder is capable of 15-sec. partial change-overs and feeds barstocks with diameters ranging from 1/4" to 3 1/8".
The company is highlighting its "One-Stop-Shop" approach to peripherals that enable machine tools to operate at peak performance. In addition to the Quick Load Servo 80 S2 bar feeder, LNS will also display its self-cleaning Turbo MH Series filtering chip conveyor for filtering coolant to 250 or 500 microns; an oil mist collector complient with OSHA and NIOSH clean air requirements; a steady rest work support system; and a Phasep waste oil removal system, all integrated with a replica turning center.
