These chip and parts conveyors employ a self-contained, continuous series of permanent magnets to move and elevate ferrous turnings, chips, parts and small stampings along the outer surface of the stainless steel slider plate. The conveyors feature the “Tuf-Trac” internal track system said to enable quiet, virtually maintenance-free operation and ensure long service life. The enclosed construction is designed to prevent jamming or clogging of objects being conveyed. Custom-designed units can be submerged in coolant sumps or quench tanks, or may be located under punch presses or other equipment to move chips, parts or scrap. The working face is self-cleaning.
