Metal Blanks for Manifold Production

TCI Precision Metals offers its machine-ready manifold blanks for shops producing manifolds and other components for the fluid power industry. The company says that the blanks can eliminate material prep work and reduce overall production time by as much as 25 percent. The blanks are custom-produced to tolerances as close as ±0.0005" to match the outside dimensions of the finished part and come dimensionally accurate, deburred, clean and with surface finish between 16 and 25 RMS.
