Monitoring Software Shows Real-Time Machine Data
The Machine Event Monitoring system from Spectrum CNC Technologies automatically collects machine output data so users can monitor the activity and view reports of each CNC machine from a company Intranet or from the Internet.
The Machine Event Monitoring system from Spectrum CNC Technologies automatically
collects machine output data so users can monitor the activity and view reports of each CNC machine from a company Intranet or from the Internet. It automatically tracks what the machines are doing in real-time, so shop managers can track jobs and machine status, and monitor CNC operator performance per shift.
A real-time status dashboard shows machines grouped by their status — which machines are running, waiting, in alarm or idle. The same dashboard shows percentage of utilization and performance for the current shift, which CNC operator is logged in, what program is running, how many parts have been produced and average production times.
