The seven-axis Cyclone-32 CS 1-1/4" Swiss-type CNC lathe features 28-tools with as many as 11 driven tools for complete part processing. The twin turret lathe is the eight-axis Cyclone-52 TTMY with 32 tools for 2" in bar work. Both the main and subspindle use dead-length collets for part transfer and machining efficiency, including all radial, endworking, and Y-axis live tooling work on both the front and back of the part.
The company has also designed the KSL-7612 TMY boxway machine for turning on 3" bar and 10" chuck work with a full C and Y axis.
