Parts cleaning plays a significant role in final product quality for many shops. As technology continues to move forward and regulatory guidelines become even stricter, it is important for these shops to stay on top of the latest cleaning procedures, equipment and accessories.
For the second consecutive show, IMTS has established a pavilion in the East Hall to showcase suppliers in the parts cleaning market. More than 50 companies that market equipment, chemistries and services for parts cleaning and degreasing are participating. As part of the Machine Components/Cleaning/Environmental Pavilion, many of these companies are helping to provide a focused, one-stop location for show visitors to learn more about improving their cleaning processes.
In Booth E-5379, Stoelting Cleaning Equipment is featuring multiple pieces of equipment, including an overhead monorail system in a wash/rinse/dry configuration. This monorail system gives users the flexibility to wash multiple parts through a single machine using a flexible, overhead hanging system. The oval configuration of the machine enables loading and unloading of parts in a single location, and it can also be integrated with automation. Other companies, such as Jorgensen Conveyors (E-5724) and Mayfran International (E-5072), also are featuring automation and material handling systems.
Many booths are showing a variety of cleaning systems. Check out such vendors as Crest Ultrasonics (E-5677), Cleaning Technologies Group (E-5663) and Graymills (E-5446) for the latest technology. And, of course, chemical suppliers play an equally vital role in a shop’s cleaning operations. See Miraclean (E-5576), Kyzen (E-5752) and others for lines of chemicals and related products.
