The PC-based Master3DGage from Verisurf uses 3D-model-based software to quickly and accurately verify part quality on the CNC machine or anywhere else in the manufacturing process, the company says. In-process verification virtually eliminates part repositioning, and measurement reports are generated automatically. According to the company, the ability to precisely pinpoint and resolve quality issues in real-time helps reduce scrap, improve efficiency and boost productivity.
