It is engineered to use 3R-600.86-30, Erowa ER-007625, and Hirschmann H6.11.10 quick change pallet systems for automated loading and fast workpiece change-over. According to the company, these units are designed to offer a compact footprint for use on a variety of machine tools. This model features the builder’s Monoblock casting construction designed for rigidity and damping characteristics that help produce parts with smooth surface finishes. Inside the unit is a propriety dual lead worm gear system with ultra precision cross roller bearings said to provide high reliability and productivity.
