Appealing to trends in reshoring, Polygon Solutions' "Made in USA" rotary broach uses multiple text letters to enable stamping or marking parts in a lathe or milling machine without removal. The company's rotary broaching system is usually used for making hexagon or square holes in precision-machined products. The letter broaches are inserted into the system's broach holder to produce identifying marks to distinguish between mixed lots of parts made in the same machines. The rotary broach displaces material to create the text—in this case "Made in the USA"—with options in development intended to enable the stamping of logos, slogans and other symbols.
