Gaylee Saws’ line of solid carbide and carbide-tipped Thin Saws are high-precision, tight-tolerance saws that are said to provide dependable performance, increased output and extended tool life. They enable saw tolerances of +0.0005" / -0.0000" on thickness and +0.005" / -0.000" on outside diameter. Tighter tolerances are available as specials. The company offers 24-hour shipment (up to six pieces) of standard dimensioned carbide saws in diameter ranges of 3/4" through 4" (20.00 through 6.35 mm).

The company also offers its line of thread mills for multiple-spindle screw machine threading attachments. These arbor-mounted thread mills are designed to cut external threads with increased throughput and optimal thread quality, the company says.
