Ibag North America’s Micro Line spindles for micromachining and medical applications offer speeds as high as 120,000 rpm and power to 390 W. They come in sizes ranging from 16 to 33 mm diameter and are available in right-hand versions for greater flexibility. The company’s micro-collet system can be used with 22-, 25- and 33-mm Micro Line spindles. This system delivers accuracies of one micron TIR at the collet nose and handles tool diameters as big as 1/8" in diameter. The company also offers Witte vacuum workholding chucks, pumps and accessories, including circular grid vacuum chucks.
