Techniks Industries is rebranding to Frontline Tooling Solutions. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the newly-formed organization will serve as the parent company to its two independent platform companies: Techniks Tool Group (TTG) and Nap Gladu. The parent company says it will continue to support an aggressive, acquisition-focused strategy with the goal of achieving global growth and new market development for its two divisions as well as providing one-stop tooling solutions for customers across their professional tooling needs.

Prior to this rebranding, the company formed TTG, which is a result of the combination of Parlec and Techniks. Since acquiring Parlec in April 2017, Frontline Tooling Solutions has brought both teams together to combine their strengths, including sales and customer support, quick-turn customization through engineering and product development, and bringing multiple channels to market. TTG will focus on new product development, new market entry and complementary acquisitions to drive a “spindle-to-cutting tool” strategy.

Frontline Tooling Solutions CEO Vern Cameron expresses excitement about the launch of Frontline Tooling Solutions. The two business that comprise it are committed to providing a broad selection of toolholders and machine tool accessories for the metal tools and wood and composites cutting markets.
