ATI Stellram’s seminar, “Advanced Machining Solutions for Titanium Alloys,” will be held from 2 to 2:30 p.m. today and tomorrow (Sept. 12 and 13) in meeting room W-177. During this presentation, John Palmer, aerospace industry global segment manager for the cutting tool company, discusses how to achieve significant productivity improvements when machining high-performance metals such as titanium alloys. Registered attendees will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.

Also, ATI Stellram’s Booth W-1546 features a demonstration of ATI 6-4 titanium alloy machining using tooling that the company says is tailored to high metal removal rates in this and similar materials.
