Tool-Flo’s line of Zenith coatings can be used in a variety of materials including stainless steel, cast iron, carbon steels and aluminum. The coatings are also well-suited for materials with difficult cutting properties such as titanium and other high-temp alloys, the company says.
The coatings are designed for increased adhesion, wear resistance and thickness. They can be used in hard- and dry-machining applications in materials ranging to 70 HRc.
