The lathe has 18" of swing, 80” between centers and a footprint of 142" × 71.75". It is equipped with a D1-8 Camlock spindle, FAG German spindle bearings, Allen-Bradley electrical controls and a Yaskawa inverter. The EVS spindle speed provides the right cutting speed for exacting tolerances and quality finishes, while the apron clutch and micrometer carriage stop ensure consistent production, the company says.
