The IQMS RTStation is a touchscreen device that becomes a user interface at each shopfloor work center. Powered by Android technology, the station is an embedded shopfloor product that displays machine monitoring details such as part counts, cycle speeds and other machine processes in real time. It can provide machine downtime information, print work orders, log rejects, clock operators in and out, and display job setup information. The 7" display offers a visual representation of machine performance for operators, including color coding and detailed graphs. The touchscreen can be used with gloves. The device can connect to a variety of Ethernet, USB and RS232 supported hardware.
