The VSC 400 DDS vertical grinding and turning center from Emag accommodates complex parts with diameters as large as 400 mm. In a single clamping, the machine can complete scroll-free turning and hard turning as well as subsequent grinding processes. It can also be fitted with drilling tools, hardening modules and measuring devices.
Depending on the requirement, the machine can be equipped with turning, milling, drilling, grinding and honing and hardening modules, as well as combinations of this equipment. For example, the unit can machine gearwheels using two grinding spindles and a turret.
