Turning Center Combines Turning, Milling, Drilling
Emag presents the VM9 turning center, combining turning, milling and drilling on a single machine for large-part production.
Emag presents the VM9 turning center, combining turning, milling and drilling on a single machine for large-part production. With the workpiece spindle in the bottom of the cutting theater, the machine offers a turning diameter of 450 mm (17.71"), a maximum workpiece height of 300 mm (11.81") and a maximum workpiece weight of 300 kg (660 lbs.).
Emag will also feature the VL 4, a modular vertical lathe with integrated automation; the VT2-4, for dual-sided shaft machining with dual 11-position tool turrets; the Eldec Mind-M 250, a compact hardening system for basic heat treatment of chucked parts and shaft; and a blisk display demonstrating Precision Electro-Chemical Machining (PECM) technology.
