The Hardinge Super-Precision T-42 turning center offers 0.00001" (0.254 micron) part roundness and 0.000006" (0.15 micron) Ra surface finish. The turning center is said to be well-suited for two-axis, high-precision machining, complex multitasking operations that require high levels of precision, delicate part handling, and machining complete parts in a single setup.
The Hardinge Quest Super-Precision CHNC 42 features a turret-style top plate, a collet-ready spindle and Harcrete base.
The Kel-Vista grinder, manufactured by Kellenberger, a Hardinge company, is a precision universal CNC grinding solution. According to Harding, the simple, menu-based control makes programming knowledge unnecessary. The swiveling workhead is designed for grinding between centers and for chucked work. Thermally optimized bearings increase roundness and dimensional accuracy.
Swiss-style collets and guide bushings will be on display, as well as Hardinge’s 80-mm FlexC vulcanized collet system.
