Ultrasonic’s Ultra 3200FA is a full-featured ultrasonic cleaner with 55-gallon main tank capacity and horizontal transducers designed to improve cleaning capability without solvents. The model features an agitation table, dual filtration, 10-gallon weir tank, sparge bar and an insulated tank and lid.
The V bottom is designed to ease cleaning between batches. Side-mounted transducers reduce dead spots so the cleaning action is consistent from top to bottom. The product features 5,040 W of ultrasonic power, dual 2,000-W heaters and a basket capacity of 27" × 18.5" × 5". The Ultra 3200FA can clean parts made of rubber and plastic as well as bearings, bolts, transmission components, engine parts prior to assembly and plastic-injection molds.
Digital touch controls enable operation with automatic ultrasonic, agitation and filtration cycles. A seven-day heat and auxiliary timer enables programming to suit production requirements.
The agitation table capacity of 300 lbs. can hold large parts or multiple batches of smaller components. An optional dual-basket configuration is available, enabling smaller baskets to be processed simultaneously. The ultrasonic cleaner features a working depth of 14".
