VMC Eliminates Backlash in Mold Production
Sharptech Precision Machinery’s Super 1320 vertical machining center is designed for mold processing.
Sharptech Precision Machinery’s Super 1320 vertical machining center is designed for mold processing. The machine’s X, Y and Z axes use high-precision, pre-loaded C3 ballscrews designed for no backlash to achieve high cutting performance. All axes are equipped with linear guideways for heavy loading and cutting capacity. Optimized through finite element analysis, the machine is made of well-ribbed Meehanite cast iron to promote high stability and rigidity and to achieve good cutting performance without deformation.
