Case study: Manufacture of compressor and valve parts.

Finally, I’d like to leave you with a recent case study.  A manufacturer of compressor and valve parts, manufacturing mostly PCD step drills and carbide tools was spending over $200,000 per year buying just one PCD tool.

Bought a CNC tool grinder/erosion machine and SAVED $200k per year on one tool.
Reconditioning the PCD tool 4 times effectively saved him $200k per year for 4 years on that tool!
