The company’s waterjet line has been designed to complement EDM technology with the company’s controls and servo system. The DX510 waterjet features X-, Y- and Z-axis travels of 120" × 60" × 6.5" and can accommodate workpieces ranging to 145" × 85" × 6.0". The DX612 features X-, Y- and Z-axis travels of 72" × 144" × 12" and can accommodate workpieces ranging to 88" × 165" × 6.0".
Software on the four-axis DX510 and DX612 features Intelligent Tapering Control, which corrects the natural tapering of the cut automatically. Through the CNC, it inclines the water jet up to ±2 degrees while pointing the jet toward the cutting direction.
