Top Shops 2012 Benchmarking Survey: What Questions Should We Ask?

We’re modifying last year’s inaugural Top Shops benchmarking survey questionnaire, and we’d like you to help shape the survey so we obtain data that’ll be most helpful to you in gaging your shop’s performance and practices against others.

We launched our Top Shops benchmarking initiative last year. Now, we’re finalizing our questionnaire for next year’s online survey (which will go live in January). Our goal is to continuously improve this survey, but we need your help. What t types of questions will best help you gage your shop’s performance against other shops?

Here is last year’s survey questionnaire. I’m hoping you’ll take a few minutes to look it over and let me know if there are questions that aren’t necessarily helpful, ones that you think that are important to ask (but we didn’t), and any other comments about the survey.
