Ryan Pohl is the president of Expert Technical Training, a company specializing in training and development solutions for manufacturing companies. Ryan is both a journeyman CNC machinist and a certified manufacturing teacher, with a master’s degree in Industrial Training and Development. He has industrial teaching experience at high school and college levels, as well as experience as training director for a successful tool and die company.

Ryan welcomes questions related to training within the manufacturing environment, including building the skills of current employees as well as imparting machining skills to new hires who otherwise lack a machining background.
