Spherical space frame Nodes: how to mfg?
I am working on mfg of space frame Spherical nodes. I have a 3 axis Vertical Brige type CNC Milling machine with Rotary / tilting table + CNC Lathe. would anyone having experience of mfg Space frame node care to share his/her experience e.g. alternative methods of mfg and set up required for mfg Space frame nodes. I plan to turn the ball out of solid bar and then set up on Rotary table to drill/ tap and peel the cyclinderical surface flat.
