3D Systems Corporation (Rock Hill, South Carolina) has agreed to purchase Z Corporation (Burlington, Massachusetts) and Vidar Systems (Herndon, Virginia) from Ratos AB, a Swedish private equity company.
3D Systems Corporation (Rock Hill, South Carolina) has agreed to purchase Z Corporation (Burlington, Massachusetts) and Vidar Systems (Herndon, Virginia) from Ratos AB, a Swedish private equity company. The merger provides customers with a integrated platform of the respective companies’ 3D content-to-print solutions, including printers, print materials and custom parts services from 3D Systems, multi-color inkjet 3D printing from Z Corporation, and optical imaging technology from Vidar Systems.
